Evidence Synthesis Reviews

Full text retrieval

In order to complete the eligibility assessment, the full text of the papers must be retrieved. You may use a variety of methods to source the papers, including: 

  • Endnote's 'Find full text' feature​
  • Library subscriptions ​
  • Interlibrary loans through library ​
  • Contact authors through ResearchGate​
  • Contact authors through email ​
  • If the full text is not available, record as ‘Reports not retrieved’​

Eligibility assessment

Full text papers are marked as eligible or ineligible against the pre-defined eligibility criteria. This process requires a team of at least two reviewers.
