Library Training

Are you writing a paper, presentation, project, report, journal article, policy, procedure or guideline?

EndNote is a computer program which helps you organise your references. Use EndNote to store all your journal articles, books, conference papers, websites, and more, without sorting through stacks of paper. Format in-text citations and your reference list in a Word document with many referencing styles to choose from.

NSLHD Libraries offer training to familiarise you with the key features of EndNote. By the end of the session participants will be able to:

  • Create an EndNote library
  • Add citations to EndNote Library both manually and by exporting
  • Create and manage groups
  • Find duplicates
  • Attach PDFs both manually and through "Find Full Text"
  • Annotate the PDFs (optional)
  • Use EndNote with Microsoft Word
  • and more

Enrol in a session via My Health Learning, or request training at a time that suits you best.
