Privacy and AI

Different tools will have different privacy policies and it is important to understand privacy policies before using a tool.

Since generative AI systems are typically created outside of Australia, they are not bound by Australian laws but rather must adhere to the privacy regulations of the country where the system was developed.

Some examples of privacy policies are below. We encourage you to view the privacy and data collection policies of the tools that you use.
